CustomHomeMapper	An IRequestMapper that handles requests to the home page ('/') and appends the string representation of the current session locale in the URL
HttpsPage	This page is just to demonstrate how HttpsMapper works. Since the demo web servers usually are not configured with https support the page itself will be never rendered.
