Method Detail

getAttributeMappings

List<AttributeMapping> getAttributeMappings(List<Entity> attributeMappingEntities,
                                            EntityType sourceEntityType,
                                            EntityType targetEntityType)

Creates a list of fully reconstructed AttributeMappings.

Parameters:

attributeMappingEntities - List of Entitys with AttributeMappingMetaData metadata

sourceEntityType - EntityType of the source entity of the attribute mapping, used to look up the Attribute

targetEntityType - EntityType of the target entity of the attribute mapping, used to look up the Attribute

Returns:

a list of AttributeMappings.

upsert

List<Entity> upsert(Collection<AttributeMapping> collection)

Inserts or updates a Collection of AttributeMapping. Will generate IDs if they are not yet specified.

Returns:

a list of Entities that have been added or updated

retrieveAttributesFromAlgorithm

List<Attribute> retrieveAttributesFromAlgorithm(String algorithm,
                                                EntityType sourceEntityType)

Translates an algorithm to a list of Attribute based on the algorithm, and the EntityType of the source entity

Returns:

a list of Attribute
