Parent event for both PostPunishEvent and PostPardonEvent.

Gets the punishment involved in the event

getTarget

Optional<String> getTarget()

If this event was the result of a command line action, the targeted user may be available in many circumstances

Returns:

the targeted user (victim name) on the command line, if available

isSilent

boolean isSilent()

If the operation should happen silently. This may influence notification messages, for example. If true, it can be taken as a hint to reduce the level of broadcasting to staff members.

Returns:

true if silent
