Constructor.

Parameters:

_wicketId - wicket id

_model - model of this component

MenuContainer

public MenuContainer(java.lang.String _wicketId,
                     org.apache.wicket.model.IModel<?> _model,
                     FormContainer _form)

Constructor defining the header and the menu itself. The header is extended to include

• link to the menu cascade style sheet
• link to the eFaps menu extension Javascript
• link to the menu theme Javascript

For the Javascript of the menu theme the link to the images must be defined before the script itself is called. So the original link could not be used and the link itself is build manually (and the URL for the image is defined correctly).
