Parameters:

thingId - the Thing's ID whose Feature's Property to delete.

featureId - the Feature's ID whose Property to delete.

propertyPointer - the JSON pointer of the Property key to delete.

dittoHeaders - the headers of the command.

Returns:

a Command for deleting the provided Property.

Throws:

NullPointerException - if any argument but thingId is null.
