Method to add the contents of the class method. Usually this method should generate bytecode as: return jdoFieldNames.length + superClass.jdoGetManagedFieldCount(); but due to initializing issues [ENHANCER-58], we use constants instead, e.g.: return {number of managed fields}+superClass.jdoGetManagedFieldCount();
