This event is being called after a module has been stopped and the tasks with the lifecycle ModuleLifeCycle.STOPPED of this module have been fired. ModuleWrapper.moduleLifeCycle() is still ModuleLifeCycle.STARTED or ModuleLifeCycle.LOADED.
