Your access to an application running on the BBj platform requires the use of 2-factor authentication.
This means that in addition to your username and password, you'll also be required to provide a
6-digit code to verify your identity.
Your administrator has set up the system to use the Google Authenticator app to provide you
with a unique code each time that you need to access the system. This code changes every 30
seconds so you'll need to have the Google Authenticator app installed on your mobile device,
properly configured, and available when logging into the system.
Installation/Setup
- Visit the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
- Using the search function type in 'Google Authenticator'.
- Install and launch the app
- Tap the + button in the bottom right corner of the app
- Tap "Scan a QR Code" and scan the QR code image below. If the image does not appear for you choose the "Enter a setup key" and copy/paste the setup key into the app in place of the QR code.
