PluginInstallUtils

@Internal public static final class PluginInstallUtils.UndeterminedEntriesException extends FileSystemException
The entries an uninstall could not identify, carried on whatever failure leaves the method.

State C outlives every other outcome: a module whose unload threw, a JAR that could not be deleted and "nothing here could be identified as this module's" are all still true beside "these entries said nothing", and one of those entries may be the module's own JAR. An explicit type is what lets a caller tell this apart from the failures it travels with, rather than guessing from the shape of a FileSystemException.
