Raised when a module's own unload threw. The module is still removed from the loaded modules and its JARs are still deleted; the JAR outcome is attached as suppressed.

A type of its own rather than a bare IllegalStateException, so the reply that says "its own unload threw" is structurally true rather than true of whatever else might raise one (gate 1, IN-06). It extends IllegalStateException because that is what the method's javadoc has documented since this branch began.
